About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in electrical control panels, switchgear, or automation systems . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, technical sales, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities for electrical control panels and related products.

• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and specifications to clients.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements and project specifications.

• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and site visits.

• Negotiate commercial terms, finalize orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Maintain market intelligence and support business strategy with regular client and competitor insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in sales of electrical panels, switchgear, or industrial automation systems .

• Sound understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and panel design .

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills .

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and expanding market presence.
