Responsibilities

  • Proposing M&E designs according to recognized engineering standard and following Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls and residential towers.
  • Preparing engineering drawings as per client's specification request.
  • Project management and subordinate coordination.
  • Planning, managing and scheduling project works.
  • Reviewing design optimization and providing technical support.
  • Liaising with suppliers, consultants and client authorities.
  • Preparing daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports.
  • Preparing Operation and Manual (O&M).
  • Attend technical meeting with clients and consultant to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
  • Required skill: AutoCAD.
  • Fresh graduate would be considered upon interview.
