Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance with the project drawings & specifications, work schedule and relevant requirements. Ensure achieving timely completion of the project within allocated budget.
• Handle project planning and coordinate and oversee works on site.
• Work closely with client and consultant on issues arising and attend monthly progress coordination meetings.
• Liaise with local authorities on statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee and lead project team to ensure all projects run smoothly and resolve issues on site.
• Propose M&E designs according to recognized engineering standards and follow Malaysian rules and regulations for commercial buildings, malls, factories and residential towers.
