Job Title: Electrical Construction Project Manager

Job Description

This role offers a dynamic mix of office and field work, where you will be responsible for managing multiple electrical projects from inception to completion. You will be expected to attend client meetings, collaborate with foremen, and ensure successful project delivery within the scope of $1-5 million.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects ranging from $1 million to $5 million in scope.
  • Oversee projects strictly within Jersey, focusing initially on Monmouth County.
  • Attend and actively participate in client and foreman meetings.
  • Prepare and review project paperwork and submittals.
  • Coordinate and manage change orders and RFIs.
  • Ensure projects are executed from the ground up, including takeoffs and multifamily construction.
  • Conduct two-week look-aheads to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Essential Skills

  • 10 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Procore and project management tools.
  • Experience with ground-up construction and electrical projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience as a foreman or in the field.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in takeoffs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Work Environment

    The position requires you to work five days a week in the office. Projects are located within a 30-mile radius, ensuring a focused and manageable working area.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wayne, NJ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $57.70/hr.
