ELECTRICAL SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (SOLAR/RENEWABLE ENERGY)

Delta has been retained by a confidential electrical contractor client to conduct a search for the position of Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) in St. Louis, MO.

Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy)  in St. Louis, MO is between $140,000-$175,000.

    • Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) Responsibilities

  • Lead complex electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and safe delivery for industrial clients.

  • Track budgets, forecast costs, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain profitability and resolve variances.

  • Supervise field personnel, lead site meetings, and enforce safety standards through regular jobsite walkthroughs.

  • Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure accurate project documentation, submittals, and compliance with project requirements.

  • Integrate value engineering and industry best practices into project execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.

  • Other duties as assigned.



    • Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Systems Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with industrial or renewable energy projects.

  • Experience with electrical systems, including estimating, procurement, and construction processes.

  • Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and other document tracking tools.

  • Proven leadership ability to mentor field personnel and manage client relationships.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate project needs and proactively address issues.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
