Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) in St. Louis, MO is between $140,000-$175,000.

Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) Responsibilities
Lead complex electrical projects from planning through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and safe delivery for industrial clients.
Track budgets, forecast costs, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain profitability and resolve variances.
Supervise field personnel, lead site meetings, and enforce safety standards through regular jobsite walkthroughs.
Serve as the main client contact, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure accurate project documentation, submittals, and compliance with project requirements.
Integrate value engineering and industry best practices into project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
Other duties as assigned.
Electrical Senior Project Manager (Solar/Renewable Energy) Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Systems Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, preferably with industrial or renewable energy projects.
Experience with electrical systems, including estimating, procurement, and construction processes.
Proficiency with project management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and other document tracking tools.
Proven leadership ability to mentor field personnel and manage client relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
