Overview

Electrical Engineer - M13 - £40,000-£44,000

Location: South of Manchester

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on electrical systems
• Attending to reactive maintenance, fault-finding, and breakdowns
• Working on lighting, power, emergency lighting, and associated electrical plant
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations
• Supporting wider building services and assisting with other site duties as required
• Completing maintenance documentation and reports accurately

Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrical Engineer (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience within a commercial building or facilities management environment
