ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT 
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical and general contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for an Electrical Superintendent in Atlanta, Georgia. 





Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:

Total compensation for the Electrical Superintendent in Atlanta, Georgia is between $125,000- $150,000.

  • Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:
  • Foster a team culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and motivation
  • Lead, coach, and support your team daily — helping them work efficiently and grow professionally
  • Represent the company well with clients by delivering a safe, quality-driven project that stays on schedule and within budget
  • Collaborate with the project team to build out the estimate and overall project plan
  • Fully understand all project documents — scope, drawings, specs, and contract details
  • Coordinate on-site logistics in partnership with our Logistics Service Center
  • Manage materials and procurement based on the bill of materials with support from our Procurement team
  • Work directly with owners, engineers, GCs, and other trades to resolve field challenges and keep things moving
  • Break down technical plans and contract details clearly for your team and stakeholders
  • Organize daily tasks and align labor with project needs and schedules
  • Assign and manage daily field labor; track team progress and adjust as needed
  • Oversee field crews, including foremen and electricians, and delegate tasks appropriately
  • Conduct jobsite inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with codes and safety requirements
  • Coordinate closely with other contractors to avoid conflicts and delays
  • Drive high standards for safety and quality with support from our internal resources
  • Monitor day-to-day progress against schedule and flag any deviations
  • Partner with the PM team to protect project margins and keep a healthy cash flow
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to field staff, helping prepare them for advancement
  • Lead performance conversations with electricians and foremen


  • Electrical Superintendent Experience & Background
  • 10+ years of electrical construction experience, including at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
  • Background in commercial or industrial electrical work
  • Experience in fast-paced, complex job sites is preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. 


  • Education & Licensing Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Master or Journeyman license preferred, not required
  • Advanced training in a primary discipline or entry-level experience in two disciplines

  • Estimating: Accubid Anywhere, Bluebeam
  • Scheduling: Primavera P6
  • Modeling: Revit
  • Production Tracking: Infralink

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Able to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities
  • Comfortable interpreting and explaining technical drawings and documents
  • Skilled at motivating others and driving team results
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
  • Tech-savvy — able to work with scheduling, modeling, and tracking software
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
