Electrical Superintendent

Job Description – Superintendent (SU) Position Title:

• Superintendent (SU) Reports To: General Superintendent (GS) Direct Reports: Foremen, Field Electricians, Apprentices Position Overview The Superintendent (SU) is responsible for leading day-to-day field operations on assigned projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of electrical scopes.


• The SU manages project manpower, enforces company standards, and drives schedule adherence while supporting QA/QC, labor productivity, and safety goals.
• This role acts as the key point of accountability on the jobsite, coordinating with Foremen, Project Management, and the General Superintendent to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with Hays Electrical’s KPIs, WIGs, and cultural expectations.
