Electrical Supervisor

DCI Group are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor in Perth WA and surrounds with a focus on safety, quality and Productivity.

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• Previous experience as Electrical Supervisor.
• Demonstrated experience in a similar position within electrical environment.
• Experience leading and motivating a diverse team in a fast paced environment.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks within strict deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Commitment to a continuous improvement philosophy.
• Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
