Job Description
Silverstone are seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for Dewatering Project work throughout multiple Pilbara locations.
The Electrical Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bore installations including pumps, bore trailers, and associated infrastructure
- Support general electrical tasks including panel work and basic fault-finding
- Provide leadership across multiple disciplines including HDPE pipeline works and civil scopes
- Maintain compliance with site HSE and QA standards
- Communicate effectively with site stakeholders and contractors
Electrical Supervision
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to electricians and subcontractors.
- Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with Australian Standards, codes, and client specifications.
- Address and resolve electrical issues promptly, maintaining alignment with design and safety requirements.
- Ensure all electrical systems and components are installed, tested, and commissioned accurately.
- Collaboration with Senior Project Manager / Project Manager: Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to maintain alignment between site operations and overall project goals.
Must have requirements
- Electrical A Grade license - (MUST have)
- Must hold a S26 certificate
- Previous BHP site experience
- Must be living in Perth with full working rights
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably in mining-related projects.
- Relevant certifications such as Construction White Card, High-Risk Work Licenses (preferred).
- Meet pre-employment medical and drug screen criteria prior to commencement.
