Electrical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting on behalf one of Australia's leading commercial solar energy companies with an exciting opportunity that is available for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a large-scale renewable energy project based in Fulham, VIC.

About The Role 
You will play a key role in the delivery of a utility-scale solar farm, overseeing all electrical works on site and leading teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities 

• Report to and support the Electrical Superintendent in managing site electrical works
• Supervise electrical construction activities across the solar farm
• Manage and coordinate electrical crews and subcontractors
• Ensure works are completed to program, budget, and contractual requirements
• Review and interpret electrical drawings from engineering and subcontractors
• Oversee production, quality, and performance of subcontractors and direct workforce
• Allocate and coordinate daily tasks to workgroups
• Ensure materials, plant, and equipment are available to meet installation schedules
• Conduct quality assurance checks and site audits
• Ensure all works comply with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering manpower, machinery, progress, risks, and issues
• Attend internal coordination meetings and contribute to project planning
• Promote strong leadership, teamwork, and site culture
• Act as the Company’s Nominee under VIC electrical and building regulations

About You

• Trade-qualified or Technical Engineer (Electrical Engineering or higher)
• Current VIC Electrical Licence (mandatory)
• Eligible to act as the Company’s Nominee under VIC regulations
• Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising electrical works on solar or large-scale electrical construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, QA, and HSE requirements
• Ability to manage subcontractors and self-perform crews
• Advanced English communication skills
• Strong organisational, leadership, and reporting skills
• Must be locally based in Victoria (no FIFO)
