Electrical Supervisor

Reporting to the Electrical Manager, you will lead your direct reports to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality installations and maintenance across underground and surface infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities across underground and associated site infrastructure.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with legislative, regulatory, and site safety standards.
• Coordinate planned maintenance, shutdowns, and project work to meet operational and production targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices, providing guidance, and performance management as required.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety requirements.
