Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Solar Electrical Supervisor to join our growing renewable energy team. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing solar PV installations across domestic and commercial properties, ensuring projects are delivered safely efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead solar installation teams on residential and commercial sites
• Oversee electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors
• Carry out site inspections and quality control checks
• Mentor and support electricians and installers on site
• Complete required documentation and reports
