This is a key leadership role supporting operational performance, team guidance, and ensuring electrical safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support electricians across R&M and Voids services
* Oversee electrical remedials, EICRs, and certification workflows
* Ensure all work is completed to high safety and compliance standards
* Assist with scheduling, auditing, and quality control
* Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team
* Participate in out-of-hours/weekend work when required
* Use company systems and documentation to manage workloads effectively
Qualifications & Experience
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
* Proven Electrical Supervisor experience
* Full UK driving licence
