YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
:Reporting to the Near Surface Electrical General Supervisor, you will be part of the Near Surface Maintenance Department. You will supervise and coordinate the maintenance and installation of underground electrical infrastructure, while ensuring work is being done safety, correctly and with minimal impact on site productivity. The electrical supervisor will enforce all safety policies and procedures and report directly to the electrical general supervisor. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Align work with budget and considerations that support the mine with safety and cost-conscious awareness;
Perform daily performance coaching with employees to facilitate the best outcomes with employees’ input being supported and responsibilities devolved for specific workplace activities;
