Electrical Systems Instructor, Part-Time

Description

Provide technical instruction in electrical subjects including Blueprint Reading, Basic Wiring, and Residential Wiring.

Examples of Duties

Provide technical instruction in electrical subjects including print reading, wiring (residential, commercial, and industrial), the National Electrical Code, transformers, motors, motor controls, electronics, and PLCs. Develop course materials and hands-on training exercises. 

Evaluate, specify, install, and maintain training equipment. 

Coordinate with other electrical instructors to insure program consistency. 

Attend college training in Portal, Blackboard, Web Attendance, and other trainings required for job performance. 

Provide effective instruction to students online and/or in the classroom by preparing for each learning experience, providing supplemental materials to enhance textbooks and lessons, and using effective evaluation methods to measure student ...
