Electrical Technician

This role exists to sustain continuous, safe production empowering teams to solve problems at the source and keep operations running at peak performance. Performance Objectives Maintain and Troubleshoot Electrical Systems: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, including AC/DC motors, drives, power distribution, PLCs, and overhead cranes. Apply Electrical Theory in Real Situations: Use a solid understanding of Ohms and Kirchhoffs Laws to identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical failures safely and efficiently. Ensure Safety and Compliance: Lead by example in upholding and improving facility safety standards; initiate safe work practices and reinforce a culture of vigilance.
