Job Title –Soldering Technician

Period – 6 Months

Location – Markham, ON

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Hand soldering for the complex GPU PBCA, soldering involves various SMT components and different IC packages examples like PLCC, PQFP, QFP, TO252, TO263, SOT.

• Expertise in handling the rework station equipment like Soldering Stations, Desoldering tools, Hot Air guns.

• Perform visual inspections for damage, contamination, and mechanical defects. mount units in test systems.

• Should be able to read schematics, board layout, identify the footprint locations, trace the net location comfortably and execute the soldering skill on given complex multilayer PCBA on professional manner.

• Conduct initial triage using diagnostic tools and manufacturing test suites; perform basic electrical and functional screening.
