Electrical & Assembly Technician — Temp-to-Perm ($25–$30/hour)Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrical & Assembly Technician with a strong focus on machine wiring, as well as experience in box/panel building. This is a temp-to-perm position offering $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to our manufacturing team by performing electrical assembly, wiring, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform soldering and crimping of small gauge wires.
Assemble electrical sub-panels and cabinets, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications.
Construct wiring harnesses according to technical drawings and standards.
Propose and implement process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety.
Support production activities to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
