Electrical Test Operator/ Machine Operator x8

Summary:

• North area: Mon to Fri, Office hours
• East area: Mon to Fri, 7am-3pm/ 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Basic up $1500 + OT + Allowance + OT

Job Scope:

• Report to Team Leader, Engineers, and Quality Manager.
• Carry out visual and dimensional inspections based on QCIP, General Assembly, and Single-Line Diagram.
• Check component placement, ratings, wiring colour codes, labels, paint thickness, busbar dimensions, fasteners, surface condition, and torque.
• Set up test stations and equipment for finished assemblies.
• Conduct tests on low-voltage switchboards and power distribution boards.
• Complete test reports for low-voltage switchboard and power distribution board testing.
• Perform in-house testing and quality control procedures.
• Inform Manufacturing & Assembly Team Leaders of any non-compliant parts.
