Electrical Trades Coordinator I Queensland

About the Role

We’re expanding Ancillary Trade division across the Bowen Basin and are looking for a full-time Electrical Coordinator  to growth and build on client relationships across the region.

This Brisbane-based role will provide critical support to our QLD Electrical trade field crews, ensuring seamless workforce management and service delivery across multiple sites. Location:  Brisbane-based, overseeing the Bowen Basin QLD operations.

Hours:  Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

·         Managing and overseeing both our Auto Electricians and Mobile HV Electricians across various sites

·         Providing technical support and leadership to electricians and field service teams

·         Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

·         Managing work schedules, job allocations, and resource planning

·         Liaising with clients and site teams to ensure efficient operations

·         Provide guidance and performance management for field crews

·         Travel to Bowen Basin QLD sites at least once a month for client meetings and team check-ins

What We’re Looking For...

·         Trade Certification as an Auto Electrician, HV Electrician or equivalent

·         Industry Experience – Strong understanding of mining HME electrical systems, diagnostics, and repairs

·         Strong ability to mentor, support, and collaborate with teams

·         Proven leadership or coordinator experience

·         Ability to work autonomously and under pressure with high motivation to grow your own Mader Store

·         Someone willing to growth and build there own team of high caliber people
