The Opportunity

As Branch Manager, you’ll lead the sales function (people + performance), drive pricing and quoting discipline, and be the senior technical escalation point for the branch.

You’ll set standards, set pace, and lead from the front to lift service, win key accounts, and grow market share.

You’ll be supported by the GM, but trusted with the space to run the branch like it’s your own — with clear targets and the backing to achieve them.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Lead and manage the sales function with a strong focus on execution and performance.

Build trust‑based customer relationships and lift customer experience end‑to‑end.
