Electrician (Apprentice / Journeyman / Master)

Job Description Job Description We are hiring Electricians of all experience levels to support ongoing commercial and light industrial projects in the Charlotte market. This role is open to motivated entry-level candidates as well as experienced journeymen and lead electricians. Pay, scope, and responsibility are aligned to your skill level. What You’ll Be Doing (based on experience): Running, bending, and installing EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit Pulling and terminating wire Installing panels, breakers, lighting, receptacles, and devices Reading and working from blueprints and one-line diagrams Following NEC standards and jobsite safety requirements Leading crews or working independently on larger scopes (senior levels) Experience Levels We’re Open To: Entry / Apprentice: Some construction or electrical exposure preferred; strong work ethic required Mid-Level / Journeyman: Solid commercial experience; able to work independently Senior / Master/ Lead: Proven leadership, layout experience,...
