TITLE: Electrification Controls Engineer
DUTIES: We seek a Electrification Controls Engineer based out of our office at 2151 East Lincoln Road, Kokomo, IN 46902. Note, this is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work from the aforementioned address and from home. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned address. Note, this position requires domestic and/or international travel up to 10% of the time.
Develop innovative controls solutions in traction application electric machine and power electronics controls for real-world industry problems while balancing timing, technical, and cost constraints; Apply understanding of the steps and effort involved to mature new controls solutions from the concept phase through to production ready implementation; Use objective and measurable metrics to analyze multiple potential controls solutions and to determine the best solution to achieve given controls objective...
