Electrification Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a Project Adaptation Lead - Electric Motors to join our international projects. This role requires strategic planning, effective coordination and validation of key activities for electric motor projects.

• Plan and manage electrical/electronic requirements files, define algorithms for battery/motor control, oversee component obsolescence management.
• Supervise industrialization of electric propulsion systems, propose process improvements and report progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering + Master's/PhD in electronics or automation preferred; 5+ years in automotive development with proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink) and electric energy storage systems required.
