The Job:
As an Electromechanic, you’ll be part of our Manufacturing Support team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
Adhere at all times to safety standards and procedures.
Perform emergency troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, PLC, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment to identify and resolve machine issues.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment and process reliability.
Provide technical support for projects, installations, and equipment repairs.
Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and engineering teams across different shifts.
Support basic troubleshooting and operation of FANUC robotic systems.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment, processes, and safety.
Provide technical monitoring and support to other automation technicians and engineers, both on-site and off-site.
Support equipment relocation and setup between Manufacturing and Motors areas as required.
The Person:
You love to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You are hands-on, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement. You also have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.
3–5 years of experience working with electricity, hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, electronics, wiring, and measuring instruments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in industrial environments.
Ability to work effectively in a changing environment and across multiple shifts.
English proficiency at an intermediate-advanced level (approximately 80%).
