Electromechanical Technicians

The Electromechanical Technicians will carry out overhaul of AC and DC motors in a workshop environment, including dismantling, inspection, cleaning, bearing replacement, reassembly, and assistance with rewinding activities. The role includes conducting basic electrical tests such as insulation resistance and continuity, supporting no‑load/run tests, and completing required overhaul documentation in line with safety standards and workshop procedures. This scope is limited to motor overhaul activities only.

• Carry out complete overhaul of AC and DC motors in a workshop environment as per approved procedures.
• Perform safe dismantling and assembly of motors, including rotors, stators, bearings, end shields, and cooling components.
• Clean motor components using approved methods (chemical / mechanical) prior to inspection and reassembly.
