This role involves preparing and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to specifications. Tasks include lead forming, using various tools, and ensuring quality control.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform through-hole soldering and potentially surface mount (SMT) and hand soldering.
+ Solder electronic components onto PCBs according to specifications and assembly instructions.
+ Ensure proper solder joint formation and quality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in soldering.
+ Experience in electronic assembly.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Knowledge of through hole and surface mount techniques.
+ Familiarity with IPC standards, including IPC 610 and IPC 620.
