This position provides engineering and field support for the Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) system and related systems within the Power System Control Technical Services group.

  • Provide technical SCADA engineering support and expertise to field technicians, design engineers, and construction crews.
  • Assist in developing maintenance standards and work guides for technician crews, utilizing asset management and maintenance database tools, prioritizing safety.
  • Draft and review procedures for the installation, use, and troubleshooting of SCADA-related hardware and software.
  • Validate data integration between field and control center systems in collaboration with control center personnel.
  • Investigate and analyze operating problems with complex electronic systems and recommend corrective actions.
