Program Overview

We are seeking passionate and driven ECE and EE graduates to join our Power Electronics Graduate Program — a unique career development opportunity where you begin your journey as an Electronics Engineer while pursuing advanced studies at Mapúa University, fully sponsored by Advanced Energy.

Eligibility

  • Open to graduates of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) and Electrical Engineering (EE).

  • Must be eager to resume academic studies and pursue a Diploma in Power Electronics, with all academic expenses fully covered by Advanced Energy.

  • Must be willing to attend the onsite exam and interview at AE’s Design Center Office in Eastwood City, Quezon City.

What to Expect

  • 12 successful applicants will be hired as Electronics Engineers on a probationary status effective April 1, 2026, in time with the start of classes at Mapúa University...
