Our guides are rethinking the purpose, role, and usage of networks to help our customers increase bandwidth, expand capacity, improve efficiency, speed deployment, and simplify migration. From remote cell sites to meaningful sports arenas, from lively airports to powerful data centers—we provide the crucial expertise and vital infrastructure a business needs to succeed.
We are looking for Reliability to join our Apodaca, Mexico Team.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**
Reliability Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze reliability tests (e.g., thermal cycling, vibration testing, electrical stress testing, RF performance testing) to evaluate the adaptability and performance of electrical and RF systems. Failure Analysis: Investigate failures in electrical and RF components, perform root cause analysis and propose corrective actions to improve reliability. Design Teamwork: Work closely with design and development teams to implement Design for Reliability (DfR) practices, ensuring robustness in electrical circuits and RF designs. Continuous Improvement: Develop and refine reliability testing methodologies for electrical and RF systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. Documentation: Prepare technical reports summarizing test results, failure analysis findings, and recommendations for design or process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to address reliability concerns and implement corrective actions for field issues. Present reports and findings to larger audiences.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration**
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering. Recent graduated in electronics engineering (diploma preferred)
Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics
Communication skills to collaborate with multi-functional teams and present technical findings. Bilingual: fluent English.
**Preferred** **Skills:**
Hands-on experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, electronic loads, signal generators, spectrum analyzer. Programming languages: C/C++, NI LabView, Python. Programming microcontrollers (either PIC, ESP32)
