Electronic Instrument Control Technician

We're looking for an Electronic Instrument Control Technician to join our team at Castlegar and District Hospital in the beautiful Kootenay region of British Columbia.

Your Role

As an Electronics Instrument Control (EIC) Technician, you will bring your technical expertise to the design, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex electronic systems. From building and wiring electronic circuits to developing solutions for equipment issues, you’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and compliant with applicable codes and standards. Your work will include interpreting and creating technical drawings, performing detailed fault analyses, and optimizing performance of electronic and building automation systems. You’ll also provide technical support to staff, helping to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
