Responsibilities

This position is responsible to ensure machines are operated at optimum reliable condition, by developing and executing proper preventive and predictive maintenance. He is also responsible to achieve Maintenance KPI in terms of % downtime and mean time between failure (MTBF). Responsible for emergency unplanned breakdown and provide technical solution.

Responsible for analyzing the replacement of machine part and spare part stock availability, ensuring critical spare part or frequent change spare part stock is available anytime for any emergency unplanned downtime or planned maintenance. He must ensure all repairing/upgrading jobs are carried out under safe conditions, which will not create any unsafe act or unsafe condition for himself or others.

He will assign to supervise a team of technicians and ensure all tasks assigned are completed in a timely manner.
