The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Avionics Technician to operate, inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, align, modify, rebuild, overhaul, reassemble, calibrate, and certify the components of the avionic multisystems on assigned aircraft to provide training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. Responsibilities - Tests, maintains, calibrates, and repairs advanced avionics systems using a multi-system test configuration or specialized avionics test stations. - DIGITAL ANALOG VIDEO (DAV)/TEST MEASUREMENT AND DIAGNOSTICEQUIPMENT/SYSTEM PECULAR MAINTENANCE: Tests, maintains, calibrates, and repairs advanced multi-system test stations and specialized avionics test stations. - Effectively communicates information to the proper channels.
