About the Role

This role involves the manufacture and assembly of complex coaxial cables, cable harnesses, and antennas in accordance with RFShop procedures and Team Leader instructions. The position requires advanced soldering skills, a strong focus on quality and safety, and the ability to identify and escalating non‑standard issues when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble complex coaxial cables, cable harnesses, and antennas in line with RFShop assembly procedures and Team Leader instructions (including labelling and complex assemblies).
• Assemble mixed cable harnesses, including CAT, fibre‑optic, and power cables.
• Ensure all products meet required quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
