Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Engineer with strong experience in electronics systems and practical knowledge of mechanical maintenance . The role involves installation, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory equipment, along with exposure to PLC-based automation systems.
- Carry out machine installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Handle preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance to ensure minimum downtime
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based systems (Siemens preferred)
- Work with sensors, limit switches, and field instruments
- Support and troubleshoot SCADA and DCS systems
- Maintain and service ACBs, transformers, electrical panels, and power distribution systems
- Perform fault finding in motors, drives, control panels, and wiring systems
- Support mechanical maintenance activities , including:
- Basic machine maintenance
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Coordination during mechanical breakdowns
- Assist in machine installation, testing, and trial runs
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and SOPs
- Maintain documentation related to maintenance, inspections, and compliance
- PLC (Siemens)

- Industrial wiring and control systems
- Mechanical maintenance exposure
- Pneumatics and hydraulics
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / Mechatronics /
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Hands-on shop-floor experience is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with production and vendor teams
- Exposure to automation and servo-controlled systems
- Experience in factory setups or greenfield projects
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
