Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a Diploma Electronics Engineer with strong soldering and electrical assembly skills to support the development, prototyping, and deployment of hardware systems. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on, and eager to contribute to real-time engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: -Perform precision soldering of components on PCBs (THT & SMD) -Electrical wiring and harness assembly for prototype systems -Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams -Assemble control panels, circuit boards, and connectors -Conduct basic testing and debugging of assembled hardware -Collaborate with engineers and R&D team on hardware projects -Follow all safety and ESD protocols in the lab environment Requirements Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics hardware Excellent soldering skills (manual, through-hole, and surface mount) Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, crimping tools Ability to follow circuit diagrams and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Preferred/Bonus Skills: -Experience in EV, automotive, or robotics hardware -PCB testing or rework knowledge -Basic understanding of microcontrollers or control systems Benefits Comprehensive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and experience.
