Job Description
Job Summary:
-Perform precision soldering of components on PCBs (THT & SMD)
-Electrical wiring and harness assembly for prototype systems
-Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
-Assemble control panels, circuit boards, and connectors
-Conduct basic testing and debugging of assembled hardware
-Collaborate with engineers and R&D team on hardware projects
-Follow all safety and ESD protocols in the lab environment
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics hardware
- Excellent soldering skills (manual, through-hole, and surface mount)
- Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, soldering stations, crimping tools
- Ability to follow circuit diagrams and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
-Experience in EV, automotive, or robotics hardware
-PCB testing or rework knowledge
-Basic understanding of microcontrollers or control systems
