Job Title: Engineer, Maintenance & Services, Technology System.

Locations: Nagrota(J&K), Jalandhar(Punjab) & Sukna(WB)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: Diploma in Electronics & Communication or equivalent

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Co ordinate & Support the technical activities in the agreed region.
• As guided by Manager, engineer to attend and register fault reported by end users, keep log of end user complaints to equipment fault.
• To forward service complaints to the higher level.
• Service team will direct resolution plan, Engineers need to attend at unit base location.
• Faulty equipment needs to be shipped with adequate packing to head office.
• Coordinate for receipt of spare shipped from the service centre.
• Deliver spare item to concerned customer unit.
• If repetitive faults are reported, Engineers to attend directly based on previous repair case & update the service team.
• Support establishment of radio link to interconnect deployed systems.
• Submission of periodic status report as directed by the reporting manager.
