Job Description
Actalent is currently seeking a qualified Electronics Engineer for a position in Vancouver, WA. This position will provide engineering and field support for one or more of Bonneville Power Administration’s communications and control systems for the Power System Control (PSC) Technical Services group (JTT) located on the BPA Ross Complex in Vancouver, Washington. PSC Technical Services Group (JTT) is seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the systems used in support of BPA’s telecommunications system, industrial control systems, and protective relaying systems:
+ Timing systems (GPS, PTP)
+ High-speed data transfer (e.g., Transfer Trip between protective relays or Remedial Action Schemes)
+ Aggregation of alarms from sensors and RTUs
+ Backup power sources (engine generators, 48V battery banks)
