Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain, update and enforce engineering procedures across all production lines.

  • Develop CAD models for assembly structures, jigs/fixtures and manufacturing drawings. Validate prototypes against design specifications.

  • Redesign process flows to reduce defects and improve yield in high-mix/high-volume environments.

  • Monitor production schedules, process parameters and output metrics; resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
