Summary About the Position: Responsible for the installation, repair and testing of airborne electronic systems, including radio and radar navigation systems, radar altimeter systems and instrumentation systems, identification transponder systems and radio communication systems tests stability control, augmentation systems (SCAS) and Automatic Flight Control Systems (AFCS). Responsibilities Responsible for the installation, repair and testing of airborne electronic systems. Reads schematics, wiring diagrams and diagnose avionics and electrical wiring problems. Performs troubleshooting and repairs on the UH-60 electrical systems and its components. Performs unit and intermediate maintenance on tactical communications security (COMSEC), communication, navigation, identification friend or foe (IFF), and flight control equipment.
