Goals - Drive key metrics including PO confirmation, OTTR, OTTFP, Past due revenue reduction, Working capital, Productivity and Supply base optimization
Achieve agreed metric / goals for site with Sourcing leader
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process requisitions, place purchase orders, expedite and track orders in support of Procurement and Operations
- Maintain ERP material data as directed by Strategic Sourcing.
- Ensure suppliers provide delivery confirmation in an accurate and timely manor
- Maintain and assure current order status information to keep supplier on-time to request info valid.
- Effectively expedite orders to prevent line down situations and air transportation costs.
- Manage rescheduling of direct materials as required
- Resolve all invoice holds in a timely manner to prevent credit holds.
- Manage complaints to suppliers (delivery issues and/or quality)
