Electronics Program Manager

Job Description Electronics Program Management Functional Manager. Lead a team of program managers and project engineers in the execution of cutting edge space electronics development programs. This position responsibilities will require 50% functional management and 50% direct program management execution. Basic Qualifications • Must be comfortable leading a wide variety of electronics and digital projects with consideration for cost and schedule requirements. • Technical degree • Familiarity working in classified environments • Project/Program Management experience required. • Previous experience leading an electronics development program/project with an Integrated multi-discipline Team of engineers. • Must be willing to travel to customer, supplier, and end user facilities (between 10-25%). • Experience briefing senior leadership • Must have communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of personnel and internal and external customers. • Innovative problem solver that can r...
