Electronics Technician

Responsibilities Maintains the physical security of the institution through installation, maintenance and repairs of an array of electronic systems inclusive, but not limited to, PBX telephone switch, trunked radio systems, fire alarm systems, perimeter detection systems, programmable logic controllers and CCTV/DVR systems. These systems are critical to the physical security of the institution in preserving the safety and well- being of staff and the inmate populace. Maintains, develops modifications, and ensures the reliability of the institution's electronic security and communication systems.
