RESPONSIBILITIES

The person in this role will learn and assist with:
 
  • performing service diagnostics and the preparation of estimates; 
     
  • repairing of equipment as instructed; 
     
  • completing equipment adjustments and cleaning services as assigned; 
     
  • checking service diagnostics programs and making recommendations; 
     
  • supporting service, support and sales personnel; 
     
  • providing assistance and answering customer inquiries related to service issues; 
     
  • adhering to Leica Geosystems service protocols
    • Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by their supervisor.
