  Job Description:
The nurse manager provides supervision to assigned employees in the EP Lab and coordinates unit/area clinical operations with other department disciplines.
The nurse manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the EP lab, he/she directs the activities of the nursing and support personnel in the EP Lab in coordinating patient flow to assure quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree- Nursing required
ACLS obtained within 90 days of employment start date
BCLS obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Current Multistate Compact License within 60 days
1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience
Must-Have to have EP experience (2+ years)
