Effective 1 August 2026 Frankfurt International School in Oberursel is looking for an experienced and qualified Elementary School Counselor / Learning Support Teacherfor Grades 2-5.


We are looking for candidates who have extensive knowledge and experience with supporting students, families and teachers with the social emotional needs of Elementary students.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • Fully licensed/certified Elementary School Counselor
  • Multiple years of experience in the school counseling role in Elementary School
  • Experience with designing and implementing Behavior Support Plans and Functional Behavior Assessments

    • Preferred:

  • Experience with supporting and collaborating with teachers and families around challenging behavior
  • Experience leading team meetings with families
