• Ensure food production consistency.
• SUPPORT THE KITCHEN BRIGADE WITH PREVIOUS CULINARY EXPERIENCE AND A COMMITMENT TO HIGH-QUALITY FOOD PRESENTATION IN DUBAI AND OTHER LOCATIONS, WHILE MAINTAINING HEALTH AND CLEANLINESS STANDARDS AT ALL TIMES
• Maintain health and cleanliness standards in the kitchen at all times while supporting Culinary Team with supportive role as commis chef i.e., sous chef or equivalent position , ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience by making sure our hotel's restaurant consistently offers high quality dishes for each client so they have enjoyable meal.
