Elevated Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a focal point and source of knowledge for departments within an organization and its clients, providing expert advice on technical matters.
• Tackle major production outages by taking ownership, troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving technical issues, and preparing internal and external root cause analyses.
• Collaborate closely with business and engineering teams to ensure efficient issue resolution through the identification of suitable solutions that minimize further escalations.

Analytical Tasks:
